Mofya Phiri is a Customer Research Advisor at SurveyCTO with over a decade of experience in ICT4D (Information and Communication Technologies for Development) across Malawi, Kenya, Tanzania, South Africa, and Zambia. He has applied technology in WASH, education, agriculture, climate, environment, and health, and he has worked across the full project lifecycle as a project manager, system designer, developer, IT specialist, data manager, and data analyst.
Mofya’s experience provides him with the understanding of both the technical side of form customization and the field realities that shape whether a solution actually works. He is a continuous learner who stays at the cutting edge of technology and turns that drive into practical, high-quality work.
