We’re excited to announce an increase in the number of submissions included in SurveyCTO subscriptions and bigger discounts when purchasing extra submission credits. These changes make it easier and more affordable to collect more data and manage large-scale projects. For those who are adapting their projects in the face of COVID-19, these changes can better accommodate evolving needs without causing disruptions or introducing new costs. Read on to learn more.
How many more submissions are included?
Paid subscriptions now include 10,000 incoming form submissions, twice the original allowance of 5,000. If more submissions are needed, we’re offering higher quantity discounts at the following rates:
- 20% discount on purchases of 10,000 to 100,000 extra submission credits.
- 50% discount on purchases of 100,000 or more extra submission credits.
Subscription usage for the current month of service can be viewed by clicking on the Usage icon in the top-right of the server console. The extra submission credits balance and option to purchase additional credits are available on the Manage Subscription page.
How does this change benefit users?
Beginning on May 20, 2020, users can now collect twice as many submissions for the same price of a SurveyCTO subscription, and enjoy higher discounts if they need to purchase additional credits. This eases subscription management and costs for users that value flexibility to scale their data collection, especially in response to COVID-19.
We also recognize that the use of SurveyCTO functionalities related to phone surveying, web surveying, and case management may require more submissions. This change allows for greater use of SurveyCTO and more robust data collection without generating additional costs.
Which subscriptions are eligible?
This is a permanent change that applies to every paid subscription. Our commitment is to promote better research and analysis across the world by providing the most affordable and reliable technology.
