Using audio recordings has historically been a very manual process, due to the lift needed to listen and transcribe each recording. With genAI, organizations can now not only scale the transcription, but also the subsequent analysis.

This workflow starts with recording audio using SurveyCTO. Next, via an API integration, those recordings were routed to AssemblyAI for transcription. Afterwards, those transcripts were sent to Gemini for analysis and feedback generation. Finally, Equilibrium delivered the feedback to enumerators via WhatsApp and/or email.
