Join us at the 12th annual conference that’s been leading the discussion on digital development for over a decade

On March 18-21, 2024, the ICT4D conference is coming to Accra, Ghana. If you work at the intersection of international development, humanitarian aid and technology, this is one conference you know you don’t want to miss!

ICT4D was established in 2010 by Catholic Relief Services, and focuses on ways that Information Communication Technology for Development (ICT4D) can make real contributions to the lives of millions of people around the world by increasing the impact of humanitarian relief, development, and conservation efforts.

ICT4D is now internationally recognized as a high-profile platform for NGOs, community-based organizations, private sector companies, government agencies, and other stakeholders in international development to discuss using digital technologies for good.

What to expect at ICT4D 2024

ICT4D will be interactive and hands-on, with a variety of events facilitated by a diverse set of leaders from public and private organizations in the international development community. Presenters will share and demonstrate how they use innovative technology to increase impact in addressing humanitarian and development challenges.

The packed agenda will cover a range of topics relevant to development in our world, including:

  • Digital approaches to “wicked problems,” including food security, climate change, public health, and digital divides.
  • Data innovations for impact, such as AI and geospatial technology.
  • How to build responsible, sustainable, and locally owned digital foundations – looking at digital public goods, cyber security, sustainable financing, connectivity, and capacity building.

The ICT4D agenda.
