We spent 2020 adapting and helping our users adapt
2020 was a year of rapid adaptation. We pivoted our product roadmap to prioritize a variety of initiatives to help people in the field adapt their projects in the face of the pandemic.
- We prioritized telephone surveys, or computer-assisted telephone interviews (CATI), which became essential to continue data collection safety.
- We pioneered the Safe People + Data Initiative, which provides methodologies, resources, and showcases innovation in data collection so members of our community can learn from each other.
- We launched new features, allowing users to customize forms and workflows to their changing needs.
- We facilitated remote onboarding and helped teams keep data secure, even when training for data collectors has to take place virtually.
After a year of rapid product growth, we’re continuing to adapt and grow the product in response to users’ changing needs.
