If you’re an existing SurveyCTO customer, you have three primary sources of support:

  1. The help content built right into your SurveyCTO server. We have tried to make the online help as comprehensive as possible, so it should answer most questions you might have.

    You can login to your server at https://yourservername.surveycto.com, where “yourservername” is your unique server name. If you’ve forgotten your server name or login details, click here to reset your password.

  2. The subscription management page. There, you can enable billing to continue using SurveyCTO beyond the free trial period, edit your account information, view receipts for any charges, or close your account.

  3. The SurveyCTO Support Center. This is where you can find more resources to help you succeed with SurveyCTO, engage with the broader SurveyCTO community, and interact with our support team.

    If you run into trouble, have a question or suggestion, or just want to connect with us or other SurveyCTO users, the Support Center is the place to go.
