Faizan leads business development and user engagement efforts at Dobility, including utilizing his background in field research, data analysis, and economics to better understand users’ needs and help translate those into product improvements.
Prior to working at Dobility, he spent several years as a Research Manager for Innovations for Poverty Action (IPA) in Kenya, where he led multiple large-scale impact evaluations spanning the finance, labor, agriculture, and public health sectors, managed the Busara Center for Behavioral Economics in Nairobi, and helped lead IPA Kenya’s efforts to shift from paper-based to digital data collection. He has lived and worked in Pakistan, the United States, Kenya, and Zambia.
Faizan is based in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
