What you’ll learn
In this webinar, we’ll walk you through the CATI starter kit, which offers the most automated and scalable approach to using SurveyCTO as a phone surveying solution, or a starting point to adapt to your needs. The starter kit features a full working sample with the following components:
- Workflow incorporating case management, publishing form data into server datasets, and pre-loading to organize the process of attempting to contact respondents and interview them, while automatically discontinuing contact attempts when appropriate.
- Sample form and records to populate the cases dataset.
- “Call-phone-number” field plug-in that launches the phone dialer application on devices and populates it with a phone number, ready to be called by the user. This is part of the recently released support for field plug-ins that you can use to fully customize how questions in your forms operate and appear.
We’ll also discuss best practices and answer any questions you may have about your own projects.
