SurveyCTO is excited to participate in this year’s USAID Global Innovation Week as part of the Evidence & Innovation Day on September 28th in Washington D.C.

USAID’s Global Innovation Week is a free opportunity to explore how the best ideas, innovations, and technologies are changing the way the U.S. Government, business, and philanthropy work together. The event will bring together leading innovators, industry experts, researchers, and scientists to showcase the latest thinking around innovation in government and international development.

As part of this great event SurveyCTO will be running a workshop on “Transitioning from Paper to Digital Data Collection for Non-Techies: An Introduction.” In this workshop we’ll discuss how all types of projects – whether they are rigorous impact evaluations, routine M&E, process monitoring, or other forms of data collection – can benefit from the switch to digital data collection technology. You’ll learn how easy, accessible, and affordable it has become to switch from paper-and-pencil based methods to a digital data collection technology without the need for technical experts.

Be sure to also stop by our table at the Evidence Resource Hub to learn more about:

  • Our field-tested, offline capable technology
  • The hundreds of improvements SurveyCTO has added to basic ODK
  • Our robust data security and encryption features
  • Designing for data quality
  • Monitoring data via built-in tools and external integrations
  • Lessons from our users
  • Transitioning from paper to digital data collection

USAID’s Global Innovation Week is free and it’s easy to register. Even if you can’t come for the whole day we highly recommend stopping by to experience this great event and learn more about SurveyCTO!
