In this webinar, you’ll learn how Desktop improves upon SurveyCTO Sync and adds new functionality, including enhanced performance, multiple server login capabilities, separate export settings and local storage for different projects, offline product documentation, and quick access to the server console and Support Center.

- Set up a single desktop: Download the desktop client, add multiple servers, save shortcuts, configure export settings and storage location, view sync history, and access offline tools.
- Add multiple desktops: Create desktops for different projects with their own storage locations, export folders, and custom settings.
- Use time-saving settings: Automatically purge data, exclude attachments to speed up exports or overcome poor connections, export in CSV and SPSS format options, export based on data quality review results, easily access support from the product documentation and Support Center, and much more.
